Changelog Guestway August 2026: Upsells, Rebuilt Mobile App, and Host Reviews

One of our most-requested features is live: upsells. Guests can now buy early check-in and late check-out themselves. They pick a slot, see your price, and pay. The request lands in your inbox with its approval status. No back-and-forth, no manual invoicing.

👉 Host reviews inside Guestway. Track and submit Airbnb host reviews without leaving the platform.

👉 Personalised guidebooks. Drop reservation-specific details into rich-text guidebooks and preview what each guest will see.

👉 Custom fields across a whole property complex. Set once at complex level, override per listing, and filter reservations and conversations by it.
