Your guests ask the same questions every day. Your team shouldn't have to answer them every day.

But AI can only answer what it knows. If Auto-Pilot doesn't know your house rules, your check-in instructions or your parking situation, those questions land back on your team.

That's why we built the AI Center. It gives your team one place to manage everything Auto-Pilot draws from: Q&A, saved replies and guidebooks. It also shows you what's happening: recent AI activity, key statistics, and which topics are covered. So you can see where Auto-Pilot needs more to go on, and your team stays in control of what guests hear.

We also took more routine work off the operations side in September. Rooms can now be assigned automatically, based on rules you set. Guests can be checked in and out on a schedule. Expedia messages land in your inbox, matched to the right reservation. And cleaning teams get a daily workspace with their tasks, priorities and supervisor approvals in one view.
