HostfullyVrbo update: fewer offline bookings and easier payment-failure handling
Hostfully updated its Vrbo booking flow to confirm reservations without waiting for background payment processing and added a penalty-free cancellation option for payment failures.
Why it matters for operators
Operators will experience fewer offline bookings and can easily cancel reservations due to payment failures without penalties.
We’ve updated how Vrbo bookings are processed in Hostfully to help more eligible reservations confirm successfully and reduce the number of bookings that fall into an offline status.
