StayfiStayFinder, our new direct-booking OTA
500+ property managers expressed interest in StayFinder, our new direct-booking OTA, after my last post. Thank you! Here are more details on how it will work.
Two principles: - Low-cost booking where you control the rules: screening, cancellation, house rules. - You get paid for driving the hardest part of any new STR marketplace: demand.
How it works: - Anyone with a PMS can list for free. You pay 5% per booking, not 15%+, with prices matching your own direct site. - As a StayFi user, if you opt in to StayFinder data-sharing, guests you collect from that day forward will start getting StayFinder emails. If they book with you, you pay 0%. If they book with another operator, you earn 1% (20% of our 5%). - Travelers and AI agents can compare every OTA’s price, policies, and reviews side by side, then book.
On the big OTAs, your guests become their customers. On StayFinder, your guest list becomes an asset that keeps paying you.
