Guesty introduces new functionality across AI, distribution and accounting

What a week in Madrid for #Guestyval26. Guesty raise the bar every year and this one was no exception. Incredible venues, production quality and agenda.

The product keynote is always a highligh and with new functionality across AI, distribution and accounting is genuinely market leading. Fully integrated bank and expense reconciliations is going to be a game changer!

I also had the chance to take the stage for Guesty Live: Under the Hood, talking payment reconciliation. Only scratched the surface and not the most glamorous (or on trend) topic, but judging by the conversations afterwards, one a lot of operators are wrestling with. Thanks to everyone who came along and came to find me after.

The best insight of the week wasn't always on the stages though. There is a gap between what gets said on stage and what gets said off it, and that gap tells you a lot about the real state of the industry. I've got plenty of notes on both and will share more next week.
