GuestyFelipe Marcondes Appointed Country Manager for Brazil
Six years at Airbnb, and now Felipe Marcondes is our Country Manager for Brazil. 🇧🇷
His job works both ways: bring Guesty to Brazil, and bring Brazil into Guesty. That means signing new deals, supporting the property managers already with us, and helping shape the product for the Brazilian market.
His read on the market right now: softer demand, plus the threat of new regulation and taxation.
Ask him the best part of the job and he'll say the people. Running rentals in Brazil? Felipe's your person. 🤝
Why it matters for operators
Operators in Brazil gain a dedicated local leadership contact to support their property management needs and shape Guesty's product for the Brazilian market.
