Hostaway September Release Updates

September was about bringing AI deeper into your daily workflow, so you can reply to guests with confidence, take action without leaving the chat and fine-tune your automations without rebuilding them. Here's what's new. 👇

🤖 CoHost now prepares actions for your approval. Ask it to message a guest, create a task or reply to a review, and it prepares a preview you can edit before approving. Nothing is sent until you approve it. It can also block dates for owner stays or maintenance, showing a confirmation card first, and it will never change booked nights. CoHost can now answer questions about owner statements, payments and open tasks, and pull answers from your AI Replies knowledge base.

✍️ AI Suggestions turns a rough line into a polished reply in one click. If you know what you want to say but not how to say it, AI can draft the message from scratch.

🌍 One-click Translate lets you write in your own language and translate right in the Inbox. You'll still see the message in both languages after it's sent, with no extra translation tool.

🚀 AI Replies has a new guided setup. When you add a rule, suggested themes like Wi-Fi, parking and early check-in appear as one-click options, and you can choose a specific reservation to see how AI would reply before you turn it on.

⚙️ Automations got three updates. Choose which Airbnb cohost your messages send from, attach files like house manuals and check-in guides to automated emails, and edit a scheduled message for one guest without touching your master template.

The result: better consistency, fewer manual follow-ups and more control over your automated messages. Swipe through to see each one in action.
