Victoria O'Connell is an entrepreneur and the CEO & Co‑Founder of Golightly, an invite‑only vacation rental and home‑sharing marketplace for women. She brings over 25 years of leadership and e‑commerce experience, having co‑founded and managed JDP Global for more than two decades. Victoria holds a BSc (Hons) in Anatomy & Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, completed business studies at Harvard Business School Online, and has led Golightly's growth since its 2020 launch.
