Since January 2023 he serves as CEO of Chargeback Gurus, leading strategy, growth and AI-driven chargeback prevention and recovery initiatives. He previously served as CEO of Bank of America Merchant Services and held senior roles at Citi and IBM; he holds an MBA from Hofstra University and a B.S. in Education from SUNY Cortland.
