I’m not an AI engineer. I’m a brand strategist who cares about how technology feels to real guests & hospitality teams. At Zzzing, I sit at the intersection of brand, guest experience, and AI shaping how our brand grows at the speed that we've set while keeping hospitality human at scale. Working across a diverse portfolio of hotels, vacation rentals, and boutique guesthouses, I’ve become fluent in the non‑technical, human‑centred use of AI. I humanized our Guest Experience AI agent Zoe who now supports our team and ensures every guest interaction still feels personal, local, and boutique. One of my biggest ambitions is to empower hospitality leaders to cut through the noise around AI, to see how technology, when designed with empathy, can protect their brand, free their teams, and deliver the kind of experiences guests never forget.
