She has over 16 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing and business leadership, and previously held roles at companies including American Airlines, Victoria's Secret, NetJets and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. Orlie holds a JD and MBA from The Ohio State University and a B.A. from the University of Michigan and is based in the Columbus, Ohio metropolitan area.
