A passionate advocate for human powered organizations with 15+ years of entrepreneurial experience, Jonathan started his first company at 19 as a sophomore in college. That commercial cleaning company grew to employ dozens of other students and was later sold to the college CFO post graduation. Jonathan then founded a property service company in the banking field service industry. For over a decade, JD Wicks Co and Zebra Field Services helped shape a challenging industry by highlighting smart oversight and ensuring decency regarding compensation and ethics. Jonathan exited the majority ownership in 2019, and the impact under its new leadership has continued. The idea for Well & Good came in February of 2020 and was launched mid pandemic in August, 2020. With over 150k services in over 15 locations, Well and Good is now a leader in sustainable solutions that directly benefit hosts, guests, teammates and communities.
