I’ve spent the last 15+ years shaping hospitality operations that balance precision with humanity—where systems drive performance, and leadership builds trust. My journey has taken me from founding and scaling Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals to now serving as Director of Operations at Kauai Exclusive Management. In both roles—and across markets as dynamic as Seattle and Kauai—I’ve led high-stakes portfolios with a steady hand and an owner’s mindset. My work spans strategic revenue growth, operational design, technology integration, and brand-level guest experience. What defines my leadership isn’t just what I build, but how: I create alignment between people, process, and purpose. I believe the strongest businesses don’t rely on reactive fixes, but on frameworks that prevent failure, scale with grace, and empower others to lead. Recent accomplishments include 7-figure YoY revenue gains through pricing and channel strategy, double-digit growth on existing inventory without added complexity, and the implementation of tools like Breezeway to drive accountability across field and office teams. At the core, I lead with clarity. I listen closely, move deliberately, and hold the line on quality while pushing growth forward. I’ve built my career around solving for friction—between guests and expectations, teams and systems, owners and outcomes. While I’m deeply invested in the work I do today, I stay open to conversations that challenge me to think bigger—about hospitality, leadership, and what it means to build enduring, high-performing service businesses.
